This is the City of Beckley’s fifth CDBG program year as a Federal Entitlement Community. The City of Beckley became a Federal entitlement community receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in October 2014.
